Update: A complaint was filed and now a review letter of complaint findings sent to me and guess who reviewed the complaint? Ameriprise did. So of course it’s a biased complaint review process to favor Ameriprise FA's actions, or in my case... a lack of my FA actions and a waste of time to complain about your Financial Advisor at Ameriprise.
