Enrique is the best. Always quickly responds and keeps everyone updated on the resolution.
Matthew, the property manager, and Enrique, the head of maintenance, are the absolute best. It's their helpfulness and support that make Enclave Rigden Farm Townhomes amazing.
I was very pleased with no rent increase, but I noted a few things that weren’t accurate - eg, I have a dog, not a cat, and something else I can’t remember but never heard back. And getting the lease posted on my portal was a struggle.
ALL POTENTIAL TOURERS, PLEASE BEWARE: the complex is apparently under new ownership with calls handled by some off-site office, and it's almost hopeless getting coordinated with the wonderful team on-site. I was wary with the most recent reviews but toured anyway because the older reviews were consistently fantastic. First, I clicked "schedule a tour online" on Enclave Rigden Farms website and received a text confirmation for a tour in a Florida community instead (?!?!).
