I decided not to move forward here due to poor management and unreliable systems. They never answer the 3 separate phone calls I made during posted business hours, and I could only get in touch if they decided to call me first. The follow-ups are also very slow. I had a tour confirmation email in hand, and they couldn’t find my appointment on their end and couldn’t explain why. Will not answer phones, messages or emails in regards to receiving my deposit back. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !
Enclave Rigden Farm seems like a nice place to live, but we had a lot of trouble going through the leasing process and were ultimately denied due a mix-up with a previous apartment. They also are very difficult to get a hold of on the phone which made the process take significantly longer. We had been charged a move-out fee with a previous apartment but were never notified of it, so it wasn't paid on time and came up on the screening report as a "write-off". OG review: We moved here in June of 2023 from out of state and Stacie Jo made the whole process a breeze. We were able to have a choice between a few nice units, and ultimately worked with her to get the exact one we wanted. It’s a beautiful property, super quiet, and close proximity to stores and shopping. The oversize garage is a huge bonus for the Colorado sun and snow.
