I’ve been living at these townhomes for two years now, and I have to say, Enrique is the main reason we continue to call this place home. He is incredibly professional, always responsive, and genuinely cares about the community, the units, and the landscape. My husband and I have lived in over 10 different homes in our 20s and Enclave Rigden has been the best by far! We fell in love with the beautiful brick buildings and landscaping. We had a tour and immediately loved the interior as well and we were so impressed with how lovely the neighborhood was. I do not agree at all with the previous review about Parker. He has been amazing, accommodating and professional. I hate that people can take something that was said as policy, as racial. So disgusting and incorrect. I have loved living at Enclave Rigden Farms and will forever be grateful to Parker and his over and beyond service and professionalism. Thank you Enrique and Parker for creating a wonderful living environment for myself and my family!
I would never have thought at move-in that I'd be writing a one star review. The property is lovely, the units have floor-to-ceiling windows and great light, and Enrique (maintenance) was always kind and very accessible. All that said, I wouldn't recommend anyone live here while Parker B. is the property manager. I found Parker to be an unfeeling, unpleasant person to interact with throughout his tenure of a few months at the Enclave.
