I was very pleased with no rent increase, but I noted a few things that weren’t accurate - eg, I have a dog, not a cat, and something else I can’t remember but never heard back. And getting the lease posted on my portal was a struggle.

ALL POTENTIAL TOURERS, PLEASE BEWARE: the complex is apparently under new ownership with calls handled by some off-site office, and it's almost hopeless getting coordinated with the wonderful team on-site. I was wary with the most recent reviews but toured anyway because the older reviews were consistently fantastic. First, I clicked "schedule a tour online" on Enclave Rigden Farms website and received a text confirmation for a tour in a Florida community instead (?!?!). I decided not to move forward here due to poor management and unreliable systems. They never answer the 3 separate phone calls I made during posted business hours, and I could only get in touch if they decided to call me first. The follow-ups are also very slow. I had a tour confirmation email in hand, and they couldn’t find my appointment on their end and couldn’t explain why. Will not answer phones, messages or emails in regards to receiving my deposit back. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
