August 2025 I have resided at ETA for many years and have seen many improvements on the grounds and buildings, all with senior safety in mind. My interactions with Jose, our maintenance person, have always been pleasant—he is kind, reliable, and timely in addressing our needs. Amber, the current property manager, immediately put me at ease when I met her to tour the community on behalf of my grandfather, who is soon to move in this summer. She is clearly a kind and compassionate person who is highly valued and greeted warmly by all the residents, maintenance folks, and delivery people. My mother has lived here for 17 years and I am a frequent visitor. I have seen significant and needed changes since the new manager, Amber, has arrived. She listens to the tenants and understands the needs of a senior complex. It is a much safer and enjoyable place thanks to Amber!
