I had a very positive experience with Amber, the leasing agent at Encinitas Terrace. She was kind, professional, helpful, and took the time to show me the apartment and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating she was. Although I ultimately decided not to rent the apartment, it was not because of the leasing agent Amber or the service I received. Shrieking dog at next door tenant's screen door regularly (door is 10.5 inches from my door which is startling and disturbing! Can be heard throughout the 520 square apartment. Multiple complaints to manager by multiple residents over time but no change. - tenant insists on dog having access to the screen door. Was assaulted by someone sitting around in the grass, appeared to be under the influence,- loitering on the street-side lawn. Suspect that person is a regular guest of a tenant here. I recently toured this community in Encinitas while helping my aunt look for her next home, and I was honestly so impressed with how organized and professional the management team is. Moving from Texas! New phone, car, email, job, state and man. If Southern California keeps treating me like little Miss Amber did when I called to inquire about an apartment, I'll be A-Ok! Thank you, dear (kissy emoji face- haven't figured where they are on this new phone. I'll have my new man show me, haven't found one yet, so keep an eye out for me! ...well, l'll be! August 2025 I have resided at ETA for many years and have seen many improvements on the grounds and buildings, all with senior safety in mind. My interactions with Jose, our maintenance person, have always been pleasant—he is kind, reliable, and timely in addressing our needs.
