Moving from Texas! New phone, car, email, job, state and man. If Southern California keeps treating me like little Miss Amber did when I called to inquire about an apartment, I'll be A-Ok! August 2025 I have resided at ETA for many years and have seen many improvements on the grounds and buildings, all with senior safety in mind. Amber, the current property manager, immediately put me at ease when I met her to tour the community on behalf of my grandfather, who is soon to move in this summer. She is clearly a kind and compassionate person who is highly valued and greeted warmly by all the residents, maintenance folks, and delivery people. I would like to thank Amber for her incredible help, support and amazing skills in assisting me with the application process and getting me an apartment a.s.a.p. Besides the location, her personality is what gave me the feeling of “I’m home!”
My mother has lived here for 17 years and I am a frequent visitor. I have seen significant and needed changes since the new manager, Amber, has arrived. She listens to the tenants and understands the needs of a senior complex. It is a much safer and enjoyable place thanks to Amber!
