We partner with Encinitas Rehab to serve the geriatric community, and this skilled nursing facility is truly 5 star. This facility has such a loving and fun atmosphere and they do such an excellent job in taking care of their patients. Their leadership are such pleasant ppl to work with, and it's nice to know that there are ppl out there that truly serving the geriatric community.

I supported both of my parents through 6 hospital/skilled nursing transitions…our experience at Encinitas Skilled Nursing & Rehab stands out above the other choices. One might think you are checking into a Four Seasons hotel for your loved one, but that is clearly not the case.
