BE AWARE !!! I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision for their loved ones. While many of the staff at this facility are very kind and professional, I was extremely concerned about some aspects of care, particularly involving one doctor and certain protocols. Firstly, the doctor (the main Doctor ) was cold and unempathetic in his interactions with my father-in-law during his final days. As an outside vendor, we work with quite a few Skilled Nursing Facilities. The Leadership Team that runs this facility continues to be very patient-centred in their approach which is what you would like to see. They will not sugar coat or beat around the bush if a community partner is not keeping up to their standards of care. Attending care conferences demonstrate the collaborative spirit that makes a more holistic approach. I trust their nurses.
