This business failed to produce any contract during my mother's "respite" stay. They also failed to maintain proper care ratios resulting in a lack of quality of care for my mother. I ultimately removed my mother from the assisted living quarters and was disregarded without any follow-through regarding our refund for the remainder of the month.
