This is my 2nd time working with enchanted fireside on a propane fireplace. The process was excellent, and everyone I worked with were prompt and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else☺
they were very helpful and professional. We love our fireplace insert. This is our second firer place insert and we would do it again.
Working with Enchanted Fireside was such a great experience for us. From the initial in-store consultation to the final installation, they were there to support us every step of the way. Their recommendations for the plumbing and electrical contractors were excellent. Everyone involved was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We love our gas fireplace! One of the best improvements we’ve made to our home!
Enchanted Fireside exceeded expectations.Extremely satisfied with our new Lopi Berkshire propane fireplace.Norman Balko made the purchase process simple and easy.From initial installation to finish was a smooth process.Only problem was in the first month the blower fan stopped working.One phone call to Enchanted and they had a new part ordered and the tech came back out for the no charge install as soon as they received the replacement part.Great product and service.Lorraine and Neil Webster Ma.
