BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!! So on 7/26/25 I booked an appointment for my best friend to go bridal dress shopping, expecting a memorable and personal experience. When we arrived at 5:00 PM for our 5:15 appointment, we were greeted by a staff member whose demeanor was cold and blunt—not exactly the warm welcome you’d hope for during such a special occasion. This place has nice dresses but be careful. My daughter bought a dress full price $240+ and when I picked it up I heard the gal say she “just finished cleaning it” confused I asked if it was brand new. She looked startled and said “I said steaming it”. I said okay. She steamed it some more because she “missed spots”. I waited but didn’t inspect the dress before I left. I had rated and reviewed this shop several weeks ago after a very disappointing experience. Noemi reached out to me explaining there was a miscommunication on their part and offered to have me come into the store for a fitting and a discount on a dress for the inconvenience. I asked for a specific dress style number which they did not have in store but were able to get a very similar dress so I could accurately find my dress size.
