This was the worst bridal shopping experience. I made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and arrived on time, only to find the store locked with no one there. After calling the number on the door, I was told they thought I had canceled my appointment, which I had not cancelled, but had left a message two days prior about a possible rescheduled; however, no one ever got back to me. BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!! So on 7/26/25 I booked an appointment for my best friend to go bridal dress shopping, expecting a memorable and personal experience. When we arrived at 5:00 PM for our 5:15 appointment, we were greeted by a staff member whose demeanor was cold and blunt—not exactly the warm welcome you’d hope for during such a special occasion. This place has nice dresses but be careful. My daughter bought a dress full price $240+ and when I picked it up I heard the gal say she “just finished cleaning it” confused I asked if it was brand new. She looked startled and said “I said steaming it”. I said okay. She steamed it some more because she “missed spots”. I waited but didn’t inspect the dress before I left.
