BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!! So on 7/26/25 I booked an appointment for my best friend to go bridal dress shopping, expecting a memorable and personal experience. This place has nice dresses but be careful. My daughter bought a dress full price $240+ and when I picked it up I heard the gal say she “just finished cleaning it” confused I asked if it was brand new. She looked startled and said “I said steaming it”. I said okay. She steamed it some more because she “missed spots”. I waited but didn’t inspect the dress before I left. I had rated and reviewed this shop several weeks ago after a very disappointing experience. Noemi reached out to me explaining there was a miscommunication on their part and offered to have me come into the store for a fitting and a discount on a dress for the inconvenience. I asked for a specific dress style number which they did not have in store but were able to get a very similar dress so I could accurately find my dress size. Terrible services!!! Suits looks nothing the like at catalog, shirt was not ironed at all. When I called to complain I got only. I’m sorry you should check before you left the store. so they are not responsible of how they get the merchandise! Really, they are only responsible of renting but not checking the status of how they give you the merchandise? we rented 3 suits all the sane one pair of pants not iron and all 3 shirt. this is not even worth 1 start.
The location at meadowood mall is closed. Couldn't find where it if they moved.
