I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience, or lack there of. When I called to schedule an appointment for a hot stone massage the woman that answered answered completely unprofessionally and sounded almost irritated to have to take a phone call. I asked if I had called the right number after just getting an annoyed "hello." The woman's grasp on English wasn't strong, but that wasn't what bothered me, more so, the lack of professionalism for a spa. This is one of my very favorite spas in Kirkland. Enchante Independent Spas and Salons has nice European style and easy free parking in garage. 1) The herbal teas they offer while you are waiting are consistently fantastic.
