I visited the Taste of Hendersonville and went to their booth to learn more about their products/services and try to win a prize if you “like and follow.” However, the people working the booth were rude and unfriendly. They were not engaging with my kids and family as a whole. Lost any potential customer with this family. Pretty sad.
Its fine. They can print your card on the spot. ATM never works. Can't deposit money into ATM either.
Yesterday I was in the drive-up, It took a while for the teller to respond, which is fine, but as I was about to use the call button, the camera came on. The two female tellers were smirking & seemed like I was bothering them. The camera went off as they processed my payment, when they came back on to send out my receipt, I said thank you & have a good day, they looked at one another & ended the video before I was able to complete my sentence There was no greeting at the beginning or ending of their interaction with me. I have been a member for over 40 years but it has changed. They have the sorriest employees I have ever seen. I am closeting all of my accounts with them. I recommend everyone find a different bank. The employees are rude and if they don't know you your shit out of luck. If your one of there friends they will do any thing for you. If you try to get a hold of the manager he is Always on vacation or out of his office. I wish I had a job like that. James Mitchell
I have been working with Enbright at this branch for 8 years now. I paid off my first car loan with a co-signed/refinance there, and they have always worked well with me. When it came time for a new car and loan, Miss Madisyn in finance made everything possible and extremely simple. I can not thank her enough for all the work she’s done for my loan, the speed that things were taken care of, or the rates I got it for. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My overall experience with the company has been great otherwise. No major or minor complaints.
