I’m giving the Donelson branch a 5 star rating but as for the CEO & the Board a “0” rating. Why? If one fails to perform 10 debit card transactions during a month, a customer is charged a $7 fee & receives no interest. Losing the interest I understand but why the $7 fee. I belong to another CU & their policy is reduce interest rate by approx 50% & without a fee. Enbright’s board needs to be fired or voted out at the next annual meeting. Terrible policy. I’m a 14 year member.
