I went for an appointment that was booked through a promotion. The old lady came up stairs after finishing with a client. She saw me and gave me a dirty look yet said hello to the Caucasian client sitting waiting for her appointment. This old lady customer service was disgraceful. The energy was bad. I didn't have a good feeling nor good experience and to make it worse that was no consideration for my time or even to try rebook me. Had such a great experience! I came in for a HydroFacial and was really impressed by how welcoming and professional the team was. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and super calming. Lili was amazing—so kind and caring. She walked me through each step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My skin looked and felt incredible afterwards—so refreshed and glowing. Definitely recommend Enamour if you’re looking for quality skincare and a relaxing experience. I’ll be back for sure!
This place is a joke, paid a fortune for treatment which had no affect whatsoever. Had seven sessions which cosy a vast amount of money and it did nothing. Their customer service is non existent, they don't respond to emails, if you call, you get an answer machine. They could not be bothered to employ a receptionist so if you turn up after five and you're early for your appointment, you're expecting to wait on the pavement until they are finished with the previous treatment to let you in the door. Just had a hydrofacial here, and wow, my skin is glowing! It's never looked better! The staff was super friendly, and Frida made the entire treatment super duper relaxing and it's definitely effective! My skin feels fresh, smooth, and glowy. I've already booked more, Thank you Frida!
I had the fat dissolving and skin tightening treatment with lily at the Wimbledon branch today. I can’t recommend her highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, kind and patient. She really took the time to answer all my questions in detail, and delivered an exceptional service. I will definitely be using Enamour for further treatments!
