The cared for my mom until she passed away. She required a great deal of care. She had been at four other facilities prior to ENA. The staff at ENA far surpassed any care facility I’ve ever seen. It was immaculately clean, all the food was home cooked, the caregiver to resident ratio was 1:2, and the CARE was incredible. They treated all their residents like cherished family members. I cannot recommend ENA Care enough. My Dad needed care - pretty much 24/7 - and they not only took care of all his physical needs but his emotional ones, as well. The owners and the staff are incredibly caring individuals. They never leave the residents by themselves and always make sure they have everything they need - at every moment. Although I personally never visited the facility as I live out of state, I was so RELIEVED that my family found this place for my Dad! Whenever I called, my call was always treated with the utmost importance. When I spoke with my Dad, they were so patient as they had to be present to.hold the phone. I ne er felt rushed or an as an inconvenience. I feel it was "meant to be" - my Dad being here with truly caring and loving providers when our family couldn't personally or even hire the proper care. ENA Care provides exceptional care. We moved our mother from a large and very expensive assisted care living center to ENA Care. The level of care our mother is receiving is far superior to what she was getting at the previous center primarily due to the one on one attention, and customized support, exercise and diet she requires. Most importantly our mother is very happy in her new environment! Thank you ENA Care
