Been in the property business for over 2 decades and I can confidently say Emyr Pierce are the best solicitors firm in Wales. They are a friendly and caring team who have your interests at heart. Emyr is very thorough in his approach which makes them great value for money :-)
Disgusting service. Our mum died over two years ago and we still don’t have final closure of her will. Our dad died six months ago and another solicitor has sorted everything. I cannot believe this company is so incompetent
Engaged the firm to purchase a property even though we didn't own any other property insisted that we needed to pay Ltt. When it came to selling the property nearly 4 years later it transpired through different solicitors that I was right we didn't need to pay it and luckily we were able to complete the ltt forms to get the money back.
