Poor communication throughout. Car was delivered however front plastic cover of headlight was missing. Photo was taken on pickup. Claim was made for replacement however emu refused, showing photos of the car on delivery. Suspect damage or theft was accomplished in three days between delivery at depot and pickup. Cheapest quote - Now I know why.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with P & S Logistics, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. My car was transported through their service, and upon arrival, I discovered significant water damage to the interior. This was absolutely unacceptable. When I reached out to them to file a claim and seek compensation, they completely ignored my concerns and did nothing to take responsibility. This is seriously the worst company to deal with. We are currently 10 days over the quoted delivery date and still no car. Staff are rude and unhelpful with Mina hanging up the call when I asked about a delivery date. I cant stress enough, If you use this company after reading the review you will likely be in for a world of pain.
