Had a truck damage my husband’s truck cap. Was told they would take care of fixing. The cap came back in worse condition than when we dropped it off.
Horrible service
Mar 7, 2026 truck picked up green garbage bin and dropped inside truck. My wife ran after truck and informed operator the mechanical arm dropped bin inside. Operator told that we will get new bin. It's been 11 days, still we do not receive been and struggle to dispose our green garbage every week.
Here we go folks, my court in Cambridge has been waiting 7 days for the "new" trucks. Called them 4 days in a row. Zero results. The full "new" cart is still at the bottom of the drive. Don't believe, here's the ref#1249913.
