EDIT: updated the review from 1 star to 4 as the company has been consistent with pickup now and even delivered a larger recycling bin for me to use. I appreciate the customer service to rectify the issue. Thank you. *old review* No pickup this week at my home in Brockville. Called customer service and they said they’d call back after speaking with their supervisor. That did not happen. Have sent multiple emails - no response..
