Very convenient location. Clean. Staff were helpful. Not to far out of town
they dont pay their bills. worst company to deal with.
EDIT: updated the review from 1 star to 4 as the company has been consistent with pickup now and even delivered a larger recycling bin for me to use. I appreciate the customer service to rectify the issue. Thank you. *old review* No pickup this week at my home in Brockville. You guys always get our stuff.
Customer service sucks. Hoping they actually pick up our recycling this week as we have two bins that are overflowing due to them not picking it up. Sad part is we live in the MIDDLE of the street, they picked up all of our neighbours. I tried contacting them, had to follow up as they didn't answer, was told they had sent the message to a supervisor and of course still haven't heard back.
