I started working with Erika at EMT based on a referral from a PT. I have been in PT for 5 years and know all the exercises. I needed sessions of hands on work Erika is the best of both worlds. Being a former PT that became a message therapist! She knows the science of the body and all the injuries to help me. I have torn both shoulders, wrists, hips, spine injury, and spinal cord. I get much more from this than physical therapy. Worth the $$$

I undoubtedly recommend Erika at EMT if you are looking for someone to keep your athlete healthy and competitive in season and during their off season training and conditioning! Erika has worked with both of my kids in being proactive to keep them healthy and avoiding injury so that they can compete at an elite level. Erika is the most professional massage therapist I have dealt with in my 6 years dealing with neurological disorders. When the traditional medicine since failing with neurological disorders, I find the therapeutic massage and healing the option to manage my pain
