Vivi and Chris were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. Great prices. And stellar customer service. Initially, I was looking for a specialty outdoor waterproofing product/system by Noble. Always a pleasant experience.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist lady working at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and condescension. She greeted me and immediately noted “we don’t really sell to the public” and despite me explaining three separate times that I own a business (not construction but home renovation), she continuously dismissed me and insisted they don’t sell to the public.
