Vivi and Chris were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. Great prices. And stellar customer service. Initially, I was looking for a specialty outdoor waterproofing product/system by Noble. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist lady working at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and condescension. She greeted me and immediately noted “we don’t really sell to the public” and despite me explaining three separate times that I own a business (not construction but home renovation), she continuously dismissed me and insisted they don’t sell to the public. The tile IS very beautiful, and very expensive. The guy helped me determine square footage needed, and recommended adding a box just to make sure. Well, I now have 2 leftover boxes worth over $200 and they now inform me that they have a return policy of 3 boxes minimum. I have never encountered such a poor return policy. Save yourself some money and go to a place with a better return policy.
