Kind security, ladies in the office, and forklift guy 20 min for everything, five stars.
These geniuses managed to put a 43,000 pound load on a drive axel, and then move it with a disgruntled look. Guys on the driven, be careful with this place.
Guard guy is a hoot. Ladies in the office were really cool. I got here at 1030, got a door, but was told I probably won't get loaded until my appointment time @ 1430. While I was hoping to be in and out before houston traffic, they did say I can park here for a few hours, but they close the gate at 0100.
Appointment for 3:30. Arrived 15 minutes early. Loaded, tapped and rolling in under 1.5 hours
Been driving for 4 years . This is the worst place I ever picked up from by far. Do not come here , it’s not worth the headache…….
