We have never encountered such terrible customer service then what we did with Nicole at Emser. She is dismissive and not helpful on the phone or in person. I will say that Jessica was very helpful and kind today was the first day that I spoke to her. Any other communication was with Nicole and I was very disappointed. She could really benefit from some customer service training. I truly hope that not all customers are treated the same way that we were by her.
