ordered a beautiful tile but the payment link process was horribly cumbersome and just called to see if my tile is in and was told that I didn't tell them I paid for it so they hadn't shipped it yet. Since when do you have to tell any company that you have paid them? completely disjointed payment system! hope I love the tile but will never use them again.
