Our contractor had us go to this supplier to pick out tile, when my husband entered the store early afternoon no other customers were in the store. The 2 people at the desk never acknowledged us the entire time we looked at all their displays. They were both looking at their phones while we were there.

This Emser branch and specifically Taylor are fantastic to work with! They are on top of everything from both a design and customer service standpoint. Taylor is always quick to respond and proactive in getting our team samples and new products as needed. He's also great at listening to our specific needs and finding unique solutions. If you're looking for tile in the area I definitely recommend reaching out to Emser and working with Taylor.

Emser's spring location is the easiest to work with. I work as a designer in East Texas and I try to use this location for tile as often as possible. Taylor is great to work with and Phillip always helps with anything.

This Location has been servicing my Store for the last 6 years. Phillip and Taylor are the absolute best people and business partners that I could ask for. Delivery’s run like clockwork, products are priced perfectly in a market that is tough, and they go above and beyond to fill all my stores needs. My store will fully support Emser with these two guys in the picture.
