Beautiful showroom and great customer service up at the front desk. However the Indian guy in The back warehouse (not to bring up race up but I didn't get his name and the other guy that was back there was nice). Very unprofessional and had the biggest attitude. I was asked to back up the ramp to load up the tile into my truck. Overnight we had gotten very wet and slippery snow and their ramp at an incline was not cleared off.
