Good customer service. Flooring with a smile.
Avoid Emser Tile at all cost. These guys are don’t care about customers at all - I’m not sure how they’re still in business. They don’t stand behind their products and more importantly, their archaic policies will cost you two of your most precious resources: Time and Money.
I used Emser for a stacked stone fireplace project and they single-handedly turned a 2 day job into a month long job. It took them 7 tries to ship the stone without breaking it. One of the shipments was full of a completely different product. Additionally, the product they successfully shipped had cracks in literally every single section of stone. Nolan was such great help! We needed a replacement piece of tile for a home and thought it was discontinued. Not only did Nolan help me track it down, but he went above and beyond getting it for us quickly and easily. Something I thought would take forever to find was less than a 10 minute phone call.
