I had a really difficult time tracking down a flooring product from Laticrete. I called every distributor I could find with no luck. Ruth was the most kind and helpful person in helping me locate and order the self leveler, and she was able to confirm stock at the warehouse, get it special ordered and delivered directly to my business address, all in time for the start of the job! Amazing service!!!
They get it done at Emser! Guys in the back are great!
