Great place to shop and get materials.. CHRIS AND VICTORIA are always Amezing to work with.
I am giving a 2 because of the beautiful display and the non-existant customer service. I was looking at backsplash tiles for about ten minutes and never once did either person behind the counter acknowlege me or offer help. To the owner - please supply customer service training. You lost my business.

Chris at Emser made all the difference in the purchase of my new lovely flooring. He is personable, knowledgeable caring and likable. It took me over a year close to two years to take the leap of new flooring in my kitchen. Some people are order takers with no patience and others the bestest is Christopher Behne.
