I am giving a 2 because of the beautiful display and the non-existant customer service. I was looking at backsplash tiles for about ten minutes and never once did either person behind the counter acknowlege me or offer help. To the owner - please supply customer service training. You lost my business.

It took me over a year close to two years to take the leap of new flooring in my kitchen. Some people are order takers with no patience and others the bestest is Christopher Behne.
