Staff very helpful and informative. Guided us through their selection of tiles and other items. Now to figure which one we prefer.
I used to like going here for all of my new home builds. Now Emser tile for the last few years has decided to charge a 4.5% energy/surcharge fee. That plus the fact that floor and decor has the same level of quality and selection for cheaper leads me to now take my business there. -dda construction

Emser Tile is very helpful in showing alternatives styles. Their showroom is amazing with lots of looks to consider in addition to a wide variety of tile materials and prices to choose from. We ordered what we wanted, quickly corrected a quality issue with some accent tile and accepted the return of excess materials with no hassles. The warehouse gentlemen Leo, handled all our products in a delicate and caring manner. Definitely made it a hassle-less free. Thumbs up guys!!!
