We entered this tile store, 4 men at the counter said hi, and one said, someone will be with you in a minute, and direct us to the tile we wanted to look at, and over 5 minutes passed and no one came over to help us out, so we left. Very bad customer service!! Hopefully they don't treat other customers like this in the past or future.
Jeff Goforth was an absolute pleasure to work with! Even though my project was incredibly small, he took the time to apply his expertise and professional opinion to my guest bathroom. Talked with Marty first time in here and it was a great experience. He gave me a sample tile to take home and see if it matched what I had. I came back today to get a box of the tile he gave me so I can complete my job and of course Marty is out sick. Everyone else in this building is useless apparently they couldn’t figure out what Marty gave me as a sample to save their lives.
