We have had an extremely disappointing experience with this tile and this company. Within four months of living in our home, the tile became impossible to clean. The surface is so rough and abrasive that normal household dirt permanently embeds into it despite regular cleaning. We followed all of the company’s recommended cleaning methods, purchased multiple new mops, hired a professional cleaner and still saw no improvement. Picked up some extra tile today. Service was great - professional, efficient, and very friendly. Looked around the showroom for a bit - lots of great products and competitive prices.

They over sell you product and then say they don't take returns. Bad customer service. If a bag of mortar is not opened they should take it back. Then they showed the wrong sample of the tile so I matched the grout to the sample, even though I told them it was the wrong sample. So I picked a darker grout. And guess what. The grout is not refundable. Bad business. I'll go with another company next time. Also they lied about the price of the tile!!!
