We have had an extremely disappointing experience with this tile and this company. Within four months of living in our home, the tile became impossible to clean. The surface is so rough and abrasive that normal household dirt permanently embeds into it despite regular cleaning. We followed all of the company’s recommended cleaning methods, purchased multiple new mops, hired a professional cleaner and still saw no improvement.
