When our bathroom had a plumbing issue, we ended up having to replace the travertine tile in only the small toilet room and entry. I took a small tile piece to several tile shops around town to try to match it as well as possible to try to avoid having to replace the tile in the whole bathroom. And Amber did it!!! She matched the tile, grout, and added an enhancer on top so that it matched the existing old tiles perfectly! Terrible place to deliver for truck drivers Takes at least 3 hours to back into a tiny little alley. Refuses to unload on Street does not care about appointment times ie appointment time is at 0800. You won't get unloaded until 11:00

I Had some bags of motor left over from a floor project. I returned them to emser for a refund, but was told they do not provide refunds on mortor. Sealed bags, the way I received them upon initial purchase. The reasoning was that they may not be any good. I'll never shop there again. Very poor customer service. Not a way to retain customers. I do not blame the ignorant worker bees behind the counter. They are just doing what corporate tells them to do. Respectfully, Dr. Paul C Sandoval.
