Terrible place to deliver for truck drivers Takes at least 3 hours to back into a tiny little alley. Refuses to unload on Street does not care about appointment times ie appointment time is at 0800. You won't get unloaded until 11:00

I Had some bags of motor left over from a floor project. I returned them to emser for a refund, but was told they do not provide refunds on mortor. Sealed bags, the way I received them upon initial purchase. The reasoning was that they may not be any good. I'll never shop there again. Very poor customer service. Not a way to retain customers. I do not blame the ignorant worker bees behind the counter. They are just doing what corporate tells them to do. Respectfully, Dr. Paul C Sandoval.
