Had my guest bathroom excavated, was having a real hard time finding the tile to match. I called Emser and the lovely Brittany helped and looked for the tile i was looking for and was able to order me a couple of boxes. She was very sweet and knowledgeable I appreciate her very much can’t wait to put my bathroom back together! Thank you!
Emser had a display of a floor tile in their store. It was a new product for them and they were very excited. We ordered enough of this tile to cover 2200 square feet in our home. That was back in April 2024. Now it’s November 2024 and it’s time for delivery. Emser decided now was the right time to tell us that this tile HASN’T EVEN BEEN PRODUCED YET and won’t be available for at least another six months. If these did 100,000 in sales a year I would eat my own vomit. The "Operations Manager" could barely hold a conversation. As for an interview; they ask so few questions I can barely remember what they were. I guarantee they are missing sales plan due to operatioal shrink, lack of building relationships with contractors who can bring them volume, and an overall jacked up business model. This place sucks Big Ds is way better
Had a very good experience here. We are not professionals, but pretty good amateurs. Everyone was helpful, and we will be returning for the third (and final) bathroom remodel. Special shout out to Claudia - some of the best customer service ever!
