Buyer Beware! Horrendous customer service. Couch had flaw covered under warranty. We provided pictures and information as requested. Took months of constant calling--they would not call back. Ron the Manager promised to follow up and never did. Very disappointed.

I bought a recliner 16 months ago. It came apart and I stopped by the store to see if would be repaired. Ron Anderson was very nice to me. He followed up with the manufacturer and found it was no longer in warranty. But suggested he have it inspected to see if there was anything they could do. They fixed it and when I asked what I owed them he said no charge. Needless to say I was a happy customer!!

Bought a sectional in January. Sent a different one than what we ordered. Ron told us to take it and rush ordered another. 4 weeks later rush reorder not in. Calling, calling, calling only to find out, reorder was NEVER ordered!!!!! Canceled the order and was give refund on April 24. Waiting, waiting, waiting, no refund. Refunded a second time. Waiting, waiting waiting, no refund. Went into the store with credit card in hand, ran a third refund, STILL NO IN MY ACCOUNT! Thrives! What else would you call it! Maybe the District... read more

I bought a couch and love seat combo in January. The store said that they needed to order the love seat that went with the couch, and gave me to floor model of the couch in the meantime. The love seat never showed up. After two months of calling repeatedly to ask for updates on it's delivery, we were finally told they were unable to obtain the love seat and that we could pick out another set. Ron has sense fixed the issue and stood by his product and reputation. Thanks Ron.They give a 1 star because they convinced me to buy a extra wide extra tall chair and stated it would last me for a very long time. Well less then 2 years the chair started to to lose support. I turned the chair over and there is a 4 inch gap on each side of the extra wide chair. So imagine to my surprise that the chair has the support of a normal size chair not a extra wide. I contacted the furniture store twice to see if I go to them or what ... read more
