Had an issue with our scanner not scanning where the cross hairs were aiming. So, I reached out to EMS for consultation. They were booked for the day, and I was leaving for vacation, so they found a way to fit me in. They resolved the issue very quickly and got my team back on their feet. Can't say enough about their quality of service!
We have just went to a new ERP system and it is integrated with Bar Code Scanners and thermal printers at each workstation. EMS Barcode Solutions is the preferred supplier of the hardware fro this ERP system. During initial testing and setup I was very pleased with their help. Once we went live and had a few issues Eric dropped everything else he was doing to provide us with excellent technical help.
