Been working with the EMS team for a little over 2.5 years. Team is very prompt in responding to calls. Most issues are able to be fixed over the phone or a virtual meeting. Products have been a great addition and easy to use.
The reason to buy EMS equipment is for the service. Over the time you own the hardware, your company will go through many changes (new network, new server, ect.). IT support is always readily available and works very well with both users and IT professionals.
We've paired EMS with our GlobalShop software, and it has made the shop floor processes much easier. The EMS service team has been excellent in their timeliness of replacing and updating a broken scanner.
Joel Baker is my rep and he is phenomenal !!!! Quick to reply and puts so much effort into any request big or small !!! I am an MRO so I deal with vendors all day everyday, Joel for sure stands out for his amazing service !
We have just went to a new ERP system and it is integrated with Bar Code Scanners and thermal printers at each workstation. EMS Barcode Solutions is the preferred supplier of the hardware fro this ERP system. During initial testing and setup I was very pleased with their help. Once we went live and had a few issues Eric dropped everything else he was doing to provide us with excellent technical help.
