We have just went to a new ERP system and it is integrated with Bar Code Scanners and thermal printers at each workstation. EMS Barcode Solutions is the preferred supplier of the hardware fro this ERP system. During initial testing and setup I was very pleased with their help. Once we went live and had a few issues Eric dropped everything else he was doing to provide us with excellent technical help. As a seasoned professional in the IT world, I am generally skeptical with new vendors...bear with me here, I know this is a long review. After 38 years of purchasing, developing relationships, and buying millions of dollars of IT equipment (and then supporting it) I hate to say that I've become more and more cynical over time. Working with Eric and Joel at EMS has been a great experience. I was having some printing issues and they both took as much time as needed to get the problem resolved. They went above and beyond a standard service call to get our software provider (Global Shop) and IT team involved to get the issues resolved. 5 Stars all the way for EMS and Global Shop. Thank you.
We have been working with EMS for about 6 months. I've worked with many hardware companies over the years, but these guys are just a notch above! We've brought printers, mobile devices and time keeping equipment. Their pricing is clear and reasonable. They delivery on time with no errors. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough!
