Been working with the EMS team for a little over 2.5 years. Team is very prompt in responding to calls. Most issues are able to be fixed over the phone or a virtual meeting. Products have been a great addition and easy to use.
We've paired EMS with our GlobalShop software, and it has made the shop floor processes much easier. The EMS service team has been excellent in their timeliness of replacing and updating a broken scanner.
We have just went to a new ERP system and it is integrated with Bar Code Scanners and thermal printers at each workstation. EMS Barcode Solutions is the preferred supplier of the hardware fro this ERP system. During initial testing and setup I was very pleased with their help. Once we went live and had a few issues Eric dropped everything else he was doing to provide us with excellent technical help.
