Eh, It's not the worst place to work but I will be honest, it's not a place you find yourself retiring with and isn't meant for the long term. Benefits are thin, management is ok-ish. This is the "Pizza Party" type of company when they celebrate making a huge sales goal but you get cold pizza that's been picked over by other ee's.Training was 2 weeks for me when they said it was 4. Great place to work
If I could give them no stars I would absolutely. The management is terrible…. I’ve met several people who were great customer service agents. They were all either fired or quit in less than 6 months. If you decide to take this job regardless of my warning. Please, please screenshot all of your messages on teams and take pictures of all of your documents on schedule changes and anything that pertains to you personally. I've been working here for almost six months, and I have never found better work or management! HR can be picky about clocking in/out or trying to swap shifts the day of, but that's easy to work with. No PTO, they have Leave Without Pay. Everyone is nice and accepting of LGBTQ employees.
