For the price, this experience missed the mark. The pedicure is done in the basement, in a sunken chair setup that feels more like a to-go basket than a proper spa station. The whole atmosphere feels unprofessional and doesn’t match what you’re paying for. If you’re expecting a relaxing, upscale pedicure, this isn’t it. Disappointed
My wife was entirely pleased with her visit. She raves about it whenever asked about her experience.
