If I could rate this place a 0/10, I would. I am an agency worker who is currently still working throughout my pregnancy. I contacted this facility because I ended up getting very sick right before my shift (due to something I ate before bed). If you have ever been pregnant before, then you know it is unpredictable when sickness may occur as everybody is different. My mother lived at The Empress Memory Care from September 2023 until her passing in May 2024. Within the first two weeks, her jewelry began disappearing — including a ruby ring she had worn daily for over ten years and never removed. Management offered no help or accountability, even suggesting she might have misplaced or traded items, which was not true. Worst experience everyone was rude and unhelpful the lead chef who previously worked there Jason petronzio was hot headed and mean. The customer had a complaint about burnt food (fried chicken) as if the chef lady Emma who cooked it was not properly trained.
The community is clean, warm, welcoming, and tasteful in decor and size. Great location and gorgeous rooftop terrace!
