I would give zero stars if it was allowed. This corporation owns over 150 facilities. Our facility was not paid today like it was supposed to be. Also, they have told us to make due with one weeks supplies for a 2 week period. They expect CNAs to operate broken equipment and have told purchasing in their facilities to quit ordering nitrile gloves. horrible place corrupt and inhumane people and people who won't listen and just hang up on you and they don't care how it affects you or your family I'd advise to never go here and I have not even set foot in the place my advice is purely from a horrible phone conversation rude and corrupt
My father is at Firesteel Nursing Care Facility in Mitchell, SD and experiences horrible neglectful treatment there. I brought the shocking laundry list of horrible treatment to Empres and asked for their help and assistance. Empres seemed to be 'buddies' with Firesteel management and shrugged off most of my complaints. They never got back to me and never returned my calls.
