This is single handedly the most deplorable "company", I've ever bore witness to, when it comes to "client" care. If you have a loved one KEEP THEM OUT OF THESE FACILITIES! The standard practice of care is close to inhumane. From the top of the company to the bottom, no one cares about the mistreatment of these clients. From over billing, non compliance , no food prep handeling classes , undocumented employees, to outright neglect . We are one of the service providers for Empowerment/Hidden Creek. As a service provider I have been in approximately 400 different facilities, and Empowerment/Hidden Creek ranks in the top 25%. I have been in their facilities and homes many times, and I have been impressed with the atmosphere every time. The homes are clean, and the caregiver's appear to be engaged with the clients. I am currently the Housing Manager at the Hidden Creek Assisted Living homes in Chaska. I have worked here for 2+ years and I am very proud of the progress that the LPN and I have made in regards to training and team work as a whole in our homes.
