I was a COTA/L and DOR for almost 3 years creating the program with the biggest caseload and highest revenues within the company. If you are a traveling health professional steer clear of this place. I received notice that my contract was being pushed out an additional week (only a couple days prior to my start date). After traveling to the new destination mind you, I had already paid for the rv park ahead of time because they fill up fast, I was still not working due to this being the week they pushed out, they then cut my contract short by 2 months. My 92 year old mom has been working with a PT,Joe Udofia, in Arvada CO. She’s used a walker for over 5 years and her strides were reduced to a step and slide by last spring. In August she broke her ankle and was in a boot for 2 months. When the boot was removed 4 weeks go, she had lost most of her leg strength and confidence and stopped walking.
