My team and I recently attended a workshop with Empowering Equines as a team building exercise. Some of us had experience with horses but most of the team didn't have any exposure. As a leader, I was able to participate with the team and in an interesting and accessible way we got lots of insights into how to function better as a team. It was so rewarding, helped us communicate more effectively as a team and it was so much fun. It was a day out of the business but so recommend taking the time to spend with your team.

I absolutely loved the time I spent with my team completing the Empowering Equines team building workshop! It was fantastic to have a space to reflect on our communication habits individually and as a team. Working with the horses forces you to not just focus on the surface but also dig a little deeper and think about what you are bringing to each workplace interaction you have. We all had an excellent time and would love to work with the team at Empowering Equines again in the future!

Empowering equines was one of the best team training sessions I have ever done. Bringing together team bonding, communication skills, new challenges and horses (!) it was beyond expectations. It was the perfect blend of hands on learning and theory. Would recommend in a heartbeat, especially for high performing office teams needing a true breakthrough and unique experience. Five star!
