This company is aggressive, invasive and bordering on harassment. For the past two months, we have received 2-3 letters PER WEEK from this company. Even if I wanted to sell my house - which I don't --I would never sell to this company due to their horribly rude business practices. I wouldn't sell to them even if they were the top bidder -- that's how annoying they are. Read the room people - if someone hasn't responded to your first dozen letters, they aren't going to respond at all.

I’ve worked with Clinton and EmpowerHome Mortgage for many deals but recently used Clinton for my own home purchase and he was able to get us the lowest rate at the exact right time before they went up again! I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

STAY AWAY!!!! This company is a total spam! I called regarding one of their listings and the guy named Jordan said it’s a “requirement” for a sit down appointment/meeting before showing property! No other company has ever done that! They are trying to suck you in that if you don’t go with one of their listings than they will force another property for you to buy!

Tried to view property listed by this company, they basically forced me to sign up for a 30 minute interview as a pre condition to view the property. They are exercising really weird and forceful tactics to grab customers. This is really disappointing because the owner of the house they represent doesn't even know this is happening, hence they are missing out on an investor/buyer. I would not recommend them at all.

Javier was the person who helped me through my process of getting my new home and understood that I only had so much money to purchase my home. My payments were near what I was paying for my apartment. I appreciate all the communication and keeping me up-to-date with any new information that was being requested. I felt his sincerity and dedication and he was determined throughout my process of getting my home...Thanks Javier for all your help now me and my girls have a place to call our home.
