Empowered is my happy place. Amanda's guided breathing, movement, and meditation sequences have allowed for healing internal reflection. Her class last week was the best class I've taken in the 7 years that I've been practicing yoga. As I've gained strength through practice, the movements feel more fluid and when the muscle memory kicks in, my body is alive and I feel amazing! I have attended beginner yoga with Amanda and breathwork classes with Brittney. Both absolutely improving my quality and enjoyment of life. I hope to be a frequent visitor and make this a habit in my life.
Amanda truly brought a healing sanctuary to the Ohio Valley when she opened Empowered Yoga. From the peaceful, yet powerful releases of energy during breathwork classes with Lisa to the deep healing Reiki session I have had with Amanda, there is something here to meet everyone's needs.
