Easily my favorite yoga/ wellness studio in Delaware! Let me start off by saying that being greeted at the front by Dineen before each class always brightens my day. She truly is the best! I will forever be attending the heated Sculpt class Wednesday mornings with Sara. I seriously look forward to coming every week because it is such a unique, fun and SWEATY GOOD class. This wellness center is truly the best around. They offer a wide variety of classes and services focused on functional movement and strength training. The instructors are superior and the business is managed flawlessly. Empowered Wellness Studio is a wonderful community that has withstood the test of time and continues to flourish by offering science-based wellness and optional living for all beings.
