I had a session with Carolyn that included mindfulness, kinesiology and a good chat, and it was exactly what I needed. She has an amazing ability to tune into what's going on for you, and you genuinely feel heard and supported. I came away feeling grounded and ready to take on whatever life throws at me. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Carolyn. She really helps out in such a genuine way. She makes you feel like you can actually love yourself again, inside and out, and actually shows you how to do it in an easy way to follow! Carolyn is so easy to work with, very kind, very caring, and she really listens. If you’re on the fence, I’d totally recommend connecting with her. You’ll feel supported every step of the way. If you need someone who will be there for you, she’s definitely the one!
I have been going to Carolyn for many years, originally to help with a rash that I had for years that doctors could not explain nor treat - it was gone within a month. Every session with Carolyn is new and amazing, I always come away with a better understanding of myself and tools to help me. I love the meditation classes as well, I enjoy the feeling of connectedness that I don't seem to get anywhere else
