This would have been my second year doing my tax’s with this company, this year I’ve waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me as they had already taken all my information. Called me to confirm info, then called to update me on them waiting for a quote. For them to just ghost me…. My whole family does their tax’s with this company now we will all no longer will come back to this company… wasted time and I feel uncomfortable that they have my information for no reason
