I purchased some rotors online and I ordered the wrong part for a brake conversion that I’m undertaking. Jake helped me just from the specs I needed to find the correct part and supplied the listing number etc. He also helped with the return process. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Bought front and rear rotors and pads for my ute at very good price. Came about 2-3 days after with everything i needed, even supplied grease for calipers! Everything matched up perfectly
Fantastic customer service, there's was a little miscommunication with the parts that I bought but everything was sorted the next day without any issues. Thank you for also carrying the parts to the car as my mate who collected the parts for me is recovering from an injury Top bloke just trying to do right by his customers
Was told their brand of brake pad was superior to Bendix CT, so went ahead and ordered. They squeal worse than a Ferodo target which is the budget of budget pads, and throw out more dust than a rodeo. Do not recommend. Also they claim to offer a refund but for the stuff around of removal and cost of postage who is going to? They know this so they upsell the product. Garbage. Go DBA
UNBELIEVABLE service! Shannon was incredibly knowledgeable - particularly with my rare imported Skyline and went above and beyond to ensure the correct sized discs and pads were provided and then arranged for special delivery due to access/location
