Two friends and I splurged on a private group Sound Bath session with the intention of finding some peace and relaxation and that we did! Whitney’s space is light, airy and welcoming. Her presence and guidance through our session was comfortable and relaxed. She provides everything you need from pillows, to eye masks, blankets and water. The extra blankets came in handy for me as I run on the cold side, especially lying down.

I recently learned of and went for a reiki session with Whitney at Empowered Aura – amazing! She had an intuitive understanding of what I needed which we worked on during the session, she is truly a healer. I wasn’t expecting the intuition part, very cool. As her website indicates, if you are led here it is not by chance. Highly recommend!

SO COOL! First of all, the space is wonderful. It gets you exactly in the right headspace for the experience you're about to have. Whitney herself is very kind and accommodating and willing to help you out with whatever you need. What a lovely experience! My husband and I received a private sound bath from Whitney and I couldn’t be more grateful for the time we had. It was incredibly relaxing as we drifted off to another place and it was the healing we both needed. Whitney provided a calm and welcoming space and is so talented in her craft. When we visit Portsmouth again, it is top on our list! Thank you so much for everything 🙏
