I am a seasoned senior golfer (age 81) who had lost both flexibility and strength (as in yardage) over the years. I’ve dealt with hip and back pain for 10+ years and had pretty much lost trust in PT after trying it multiple times with no lasting results. Working with Trevor has been completely different!! He identified mobility issues no one had ever caught, helped to get rid of the pain over several weeks, and gave me practical ways to move better in everyday life so my flare-ups are less frequent and less intense. I highly recommend empower! It is dramatically, helped my flexibility, which intern has improved my golf game dramatically. They give you the exercises to do so as long as you continue to do those exercises I truly saw a great benefit. The staff’s amazing.
