Been with Trevor for 3 months after years of orthopedic surgeries: hip replacement, 4 lumbar spine fusions, right and left reverse shoulder replacements, broken femur that required an IM implant, and a knee replacement! All of these surgeries resulted in left leg muscular atrophy and weakness! Trevor put me on a strengthening path that has markedly improved my walking gait, leg and hip strength and ability to walk and stand longer! Great team approach.
Exercises are very helpful. Overall a great experience.
