Trevor is amazing. I am working on back and neck issues. I am a female golfer that wants to increase strength and flexibility. After 6 sessions, I am much stronger. My neck and back pain has improved considerably. Trevor is available 24/7 to help you improve. He also follows you and offers strength and training exercises when you are not with him. I highly recommend Trevor and EmpowerU.
They are professional, attentive, informative and effective. They really listen to you and help you accordingly.
After watching my husband’s golf fitness improve dramatically after working with Trevor at Empower, I decided to take the plunge and try it for myself. If you want results- go to Empower U PT and ask for Trevor!! I tried several PT facilities before I found Empower U PT. I could tell right away that Empower U PT was different. Each session is a workout and if you’re an athlete or want to rehab like one , this is the place! I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been and I’ve worked out my whole life!
