This was the first time I've been to a PT session. Empower does a wonderful job making you feel comfortable and at ease. Dan was very knowledgeable and hands on. I was very impressed with the progress I made in just one session. I'm definitely going to continue with Empower and would recommend anyone thinking of taking PT classes to do the same. My experience with Empower U&PT has exceeded any other previous physical therapy sessions. The one-on-one sessions provide the interaction necessary to be sure that the exercises are being performed correctly and allows for modifications to be made quickly. Through these sessions, and the customized daily exercise program, the discomfort that I was experiencing in my lower back and knee have been eliminated. I went to see Dr Dan as I injured my back and was in excruciating pain. I could hardly walk and getting into a car was nearly impossible. I felt immediate relief after my first appointment and continued to get better after each appointment. I would never have believed someone could relieve my pain so quickly without medication or surgery. I thank you Dr Dan!
Excellent physical therapy office. Very thorough, one on one care . Examination and treatment plan well executed. Followed up with me after first visit via email with videos of all exercises recommended at home . Highly recommend this practice to all.
