I highly recommend empower! It is dramatically, helped my flexibility, which intern has improved my golf game dramatically. They give you the exercises to do so as long as you continue to do those exercises I truly saw a great benefit. The staff’s amazing.
I would give more than five stars if possible. They are more than just PT, they are a life long coach to stay fit as we all age.
Excellent evaluation and development of alternatives to correct deficiencies resulting in effective treatment options and assessment of progress. Great team approach.

I could not be happier with my experience using Empower U PT and Dr. Dan Sullivan and a shoutout to Danielle, the receptionist! I have a history of four surgeries within 2 years on my right shoulder. (Reverse Shoulder replacement, Infection, removed then replaced). I did the usual Physical therapy for months each time and thought I reached my potential.
