I am suffering from sciatica and my progress has been dramatic. Although I am not totally pain free, I am able to walk several miles a day and pretty much live my life normally. It certainly is far better than when I started my treatment.
Since working with Empower U and Evan I have been able to run with no knee pain- without sleeves or braces for the first time in years. I also have shaved 3 minutes off my 10 mile race time and a minute off my recent 5k times. I am extremely happy with Evan and Empower U They are true professionals who are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for runners who have been trying to run through pain or those who just want to improve their running performance.
I have been working with Evan this year on strength, balance and flexibility. His expertise in Physical Therapy adds a a new dimension to training that makes each session great. I have learned a lot from him and highly recommend his services.
The team at Empower U PT and Performance are always ready to identify what I need in order to help build back my physical strength and flexibility for my overall health as well as my golf game. I’ve experienced immediate return from the in person sessions and the workout elements I can do at home. Highly recommend Dr Trevor and Dr Dan. You won't regret it!
