It has taken me years to find a Physiotherapist like Krista. What I appreciate about her treatment program is that she is a knowledgeable professional, she is kind and up to date with current research in the way of whole body aging, strengthening and healing. I’m confident referring family and friends and have regained mobility and stability. I believed I could and finally, I found Krista, a Physiotherapist who absolutely believed that I could too and had the skills and know how to help me get there.
